Having cleaned my first windows for a summer job in my neighborhood in San Juan Capistrano, CA as an industrious and motivated 13 year old, I enjoyed the satisfaction from a job well done and working with friendly customers.
Having worked in other fields and trades after high school, I noticed how many customers had a story of a less than pleasant experience with other service companies or trades they worked with.
When my wife and I moved here to the Temecula and Murrieta Valley in 1989 and started our window cleaning business, I was determined to make sure we stood out in our customers' eyes as dependable, reliable, doing what we say, having integrity to our values, to demonstrate strength of character and to earn our customer’s confidence, trust and respect. Demonstrating the highest ethics in the business.
I wanted to be the company that stood out as the one they didn’t have any hassles with. A principle from childhood my father always said still rings in my ears, “do it right the first time”.
It’s a common concern, people worry about who they hire. We all want someone we can trust, rely on and count on when hiring someone.
With some very qualified job leaders who have all been with me for several years, we’re a small enough size company to give you personalized service, yet have enough manpower to efficiently complete larger jobs in a reasonable time frame.
As this attitude and philosophy continues in how we operate today, shown by having some customers that have been with us from the start in 1989, we look forward to the opportunity to serve you too.
